Is Your Hardscape Hurting Your Home’s Value?

Cracked concrete and a lack of outdoor living space can be more than just an eyesore. Here are the issues we solve.

Major Cracking & Heaving

A sign of poor base preparation that creates tripping hazards and allows water to erode the foundation.

Poor Drainage

Patios or driveways that slope toward your house, risking costly foundation leaks and basement flooding.

Zero Curb Appeal

An old, stained driveway that detracts from your home’s beauty and makes a poor first impression on guests.

Wasted Backyard Space

An unusable, muddy, or uneven yard that could be a beautiful and functional outdoor living area.

A Blueprint for a Flawless Finish

We replace the typical contractor chaos with a documented, step-by-step replacement process.

Design & Layout

We help you choose the right shape, color, and texture for your space and stake out the final footprint for your approval.

Excavation & Base Prep

This is the most critical step. We excavate and compact a road-base foundation to prevent shifting and cracking from freeze-thaw cycles.

The Installation

Our expert finishers pour and reinforce the concrete or precisely lay the interlocking pavers, ensuring proper slope and a perfect finish.

Curing & Sealing

We apply a professional-grade sealant that protects your new hardscape from moisture, UV rays, and de-icing salts.

The Result: More Than Just Concrete, It's a Lasting Investment

This is more than a cosmetic upgrade; it is a long-term investment in your property's value and usability.

Increased Property Value

Professional hardscaping can significantly boost your home's curb appeal, leading to a higher resale value.

Decades of Durability

Our projects are built with steel rebar and proper base prep to withstand Colorado's freeze-thaw cycles for 25+ years.

Minimal Maintenance

Unlike wood decks that need constant staining, a sealed concrete or paver patio only requires occasional cleaning.

Patios & Driveways FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about concrete and paver work in the Pikes Peak region.

  • How long until I can drive on my new concrete driveway?

We recommend waiting at least 7 days before parking vehicles on new concrete. You can typically walk on it after 24-48 hours. This allows the concrete to cure properly and achieve maximum strength.

  • Is stamped concrete slippery in the winter?

It can be, similar to natural stone. We mix a polymer grit additive into our final sealing coat, which creates a non-slip texture without changing the look of the stamp.

  • What is better, stamped concrete or pavers?

It depends on your goal. Stamped concrete offers more design versatility and is often more cost-effective. Pavers offer a classic look and are easier to repair if a single stone gets damaged.

  • Do you use rebar to reinforce your concrete?

Yes. We reinforce all our driveways and large patios with a grid of steel rebar. This provides tensile strength and drastically reduces the potential for major cracking and separation.
