Fortify Your Roof Against Colorado’s Weather Extremes

A roof is more than shelter; it is your first line of defense. We engineer roofing systems designed to withstand the hail, wind, and heavy snow loads unique to the Pikes Peak Region.

Specialized Roofing for Every Structure

From historic homes in Old Colorado City to commercial warehouses in Falcon, we install the right material for your specific needs.

Impact-Resistant Shingles

Upgrade to Class 4 shingles that resist hail damage and often lower your home insurance premiums. We offer a wide range of colors and architectural styles.

Metal Roofing Systems

Invest in longevity. Standing seam metal roofs shed snow easily, resist fire, and can last 50+ years with minimal maintenance.

Commercial Flat Roofing

We are certified installers of TPO (white reflective) and EPDM (rubber) systems, as well as traditional Tar & Gravel (Modified Bitumen) for superior waterproofing.

Storm Damage Repair

Don't let a small leak become a mold problem. We provide rapid response for wind-blown shingles, flashing failures, and hail impact.

Is Your Roof Silently Failing?

Damage isn't always visible from the ground. Here are the subtle signs your roof structure is compromised.

Granule Loss

Finding "sand" in your gutters means your shingles are aging and losing their UV protection layer.

Ice Dams

Icicles forming at the edge of your roof indicate poor insulation or ventilation, leading to water backing up under your shingles.

Interior Water Spots

Brown stains on your ceiling are the final warning sign—water has already breached the underlayment and decking.

Rising Energy Bills

Heat escaping through a poorly ventilated attic forces your HVAC system to work overtime, inflating your monthly costs.

A Transparent Path to a Secure Roof

We replace the typical contractor chaos with a documented, step-by-step replacement process.

Digital Inspection

We climb the roof so you don't have to, providing a comprehensive photo report of the condition, including vents, flashing, and gutters.

Material Selection

We help you choose the best material for your budget and aesthetic, explaining the pros and cons of Asphalt vs. Metal vs. TPO.

The Installation

Our crew protects your landscaping with tarps and works efficiently to strip the old roof and install the new system to code.

The Magnetic Sweep

We run powerful magnets over your driveway and lawn to ensure every stray nail is collected, keeping your family and tires safe.

The Result: Decades of Protection and Peace of Mind

A new roof is a significant investment. Here is the return you get on that capital.

Insurance Savings

Many insurance carriers offer substantial discounts (up to 20-25%) for installing Class 4 Impact Resistant shingles.

50-Year Lifespan

While standard roofs last 15-20 years, our premium metal and synthetic options offer decades of worry-free performance.

Energy Efficiency

Proper ventilation and reflective materials reduce attic heat, cutting cooling costs during intense high-altitude sun.

Roofing FAQ

Get the information you need to make a confident decision about your roof.

  • How do I know if I have hail damage?

Hail damage is often invisible from the ground. It looks like dark "bruises" on shingles where granules have been knocked off. If your neighbors are getting inspections after a storm, you should too.

  • What is the difference between TPO and EPDM for my business?

TPO is a white, reflective membrane that reflects UV rays and lowers cooling costs (great for sunny Colorado). EPDM is a black rubber that is extremely durable against hail but absorbs heat. We can recommend the best fit for your building.

  • Can you roof over my existing shingles?

While code sometimes allows two layers, we rarely recommend it. Removing the old layer allows us to inspect the wood decking for rot and ensure the manufacturer's warranty is fully valid.

  • How long does a full roof replacement take?

Most residential roofs in Colorado Springs are completed in 1-2 days. Commercial flat roofs may take longer depending on square footage and weather conditions.
